At USC, she was a researcher at the Annenberg Inclusion Initiative and a founding editor at elevASIAN. At Stanford, she focused on delivering human-interest stories in the worlds of technology and finance in innovative ways.

Journalism is her first love. Somehow, she embarked on a path in venture capital, like many of her peers from graduate school.

On the journalism side, she is a media consultant for social impact startups, such as NBA All-Star Pitch Competition winner Rézme. Previously, Ronny worked at Maria Shriver's Sunday Paper, Fox News, Peninsula Press, and Annenberg Media.

A former contestant in Miss Asian Global, Ronny is preparing to compete in another pageant this year.
